Refund Policy
At UniAssignment.in, founded by Manoj Kumar, we are committed to delivering high-quality academic assistance to students across India. While we aim to meet every client’s expectations, we also understand that there may be exceptional situations where a refund request may arise. Our Refund Policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with academic integrity.
1. When Is a Refund Applicable?
A refund may be considered under the following conditions:
The solution was not delivered due to expert unavailability.
The order was cancelled before being assigned to an expert.
The work delivered was significantly delayed, and the delay was not caused by the client.
The client submits a valid quality issue along with sufficient proof within the specified timeframe.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:
The expert has already been assigned, and work is under process or delivered.
Refund requests are raised after 7 days of order delivery.
The client failed to provide required documents/information on time.
Work was delivered, and deadlines were missed due to user delay.
Work involving editing, proofreading, or customization based on user’s content.
3. Missed Deadlines
If a deadline is missed from our side, and the client has not downloaded the work, we may:
Offer a partial refund (50–100%) to the client’s wallet.
Offer a discount coupon for future use (valid for 15 days).
Deliver the solution with a revised timeline, only if mutually agreed upon.
Note: If the user has already downloaded the solution, the order is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
4. Failed Grades
We do not guarantee specific grades, as academic evaluation is subject to university standards. However:
If the client receives a fail grade, they must submit valid proof (grade sheet and feedback) within:
21 days for work below 2000 words
30 days for 2000–5000 words
40 days for 5000–12000 words
50 days for 12000+ words
If verified, the refund will be credited as wallet balance, not as a cash return.
Wallet credit validity will match the same word count time brackets above.
5. Cancellation After Booking
If cancelled before expert allocation, the refund will be processed in full.
If cancelled after expert allocation, the order is non-refundable.
If work has not started and more than 75% of the deadline has passed, we may offer a 25% discount coupon for future orders.
6. Raising a Refund Request
To raise a refund request:
Log in to your account and access the respective order.
Click “Request Refund” and provide proof/details.
Alternatively, email us at support@uniassignment.in with your order code and issue.
Refund requests will be evaluated and responded to within 7 working days.
7. Wallet-Based Refunds Only
All approved refunds will be credited to the client’s UniAssignment Wallet.
Wallet balance can be used for future purchases.
No cash refunds or bank reversals will be made under any circumstance.
8. Special Cases (Money Back or Steep Deadlines)
We do not accept refund/money-back requests for:
Orders with delivery deadlines within:
72 hours (0–2000 words)
96 hours (2000–6000 words)
120 hours (6000–10000 words)
140 hours (10000+ words)
Partial work delivered where only part payment was made.
Pre-booked orders where the client failed to provide all required files.
Orders where no updates or instructions were given by the client within 7 days of confirmation.
Final Decision
All refund and cancellation requests will be carefully reviewed by our support team. The decision taken by UniAssignment’s Customer Support Team will be final and binding.
